Writing
Sophia has been telling stories for as long as anyone can remember. But writing them down is a whole other can of worms. Sophia has written five novels and several short stories, two of which have been published by literary journals. Sophia's passion for words and compassion for humanity feature prominently in her written works.

"English Ivy" is a flash-fiction piece told from the perspective of an English ivy houseplant. The story finished in 5th place in IndieItPress's Napkin Micirofiction Contest in 2021. It was published in IndieItPress's anthology Courageous Creative in 2022.
"Mushroom Zombies" follows the story of Alyssa and her best friend Taylor as they navigate through a complicated friendship dynamic and Taylor's next big novel idea.
